Ercole Rosato

Following a soft pressing of the grapes, the juice is left in contact with the skins for only a few hours, lending the wine its light pink hue.

 A very versatile south of France white wine!  The nose is fresh, citrusy, and overall based on citrus fruit. The mouth is fresh, vivid, and has a smooth texture. Its length on the palate is carried by its hint of saltiness from the nearby Mediterranean.
